IFI Member Spotlight: Brandi Bertoia of INxSQL

This month’s member spotlight features the co-president of INxSQL Software, Brandi Bertoia. She joined IFI this year to strengthen connections with the fastener industry. INxSQL Software provides ERP and MRP software solutions designed for fastener distributors and manufacturers.  

Brandi chose to join IFI primarily because of the community. The organization provides direct, face-to-face interaction with influential decision-makers in North American fastener manufacturing firms. These in-person discussions give valuable insights into the industry’s current challenges and prospects.  

During her first IFI meeting, Brandi was asked to join an ERP panel discussion where she could share her insights and engage in the dialogue. For a newcomer, this opportunity exemplified IFI’s dedication to welcoming new voices and promoting active involvement. What stood out the most was IFI’s welcome reception, which sets aside dedicated time for first-time attendees and pairs them with experienced members who help make introductions and build connections. Those interactions help new members feel comfortable right away, and become part of the broader industry community starting with their first meeting. 

For Brandi, the value of IFI is simple: bringing industry professionals together, creating meaningful connections, and building a stronger fastener industry through community.
