Industrial Fasteners Institute Announces New Board Leadership and Division Representatives

HOLLYWOOD, FL – April 8, 2025 – The Industrial Fasteners Institute (IFI) is pleased to announce the election of its new board leadership and division representatives during the IFI Spring Meeting held at the Margaritaville Beach Resort in Hollywood, FL. These individuals will guide the association in its mission to advance the competitiveness, products, and innovative technology of North American fastener manufacturers. manufacturers. 

Chairman Elected

The IFI membership elected Larry Spelman of J.H. Botts, LLC as Chairman of the Board. Larry brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to the fastener industry. His leadership will be instrumental in guiding IFI’s strategic direction and initiatives throughout the next year.

Vice Chairman Elected 

Vice Chairman Elected Kevin Vollmert of ITW Shakeproof has been elected as the Vice Chair of the Board. Kevin’s extensive industry knowledge and dedication will be invaluable in supporting the Chairman and the Board in their efforts to serve the IFI membership. 

Division Board Representatives Elected

IFI’s divisional structure ensures representation across various segments of the fastener industry. The following individuals have been elected to represent their respective divisions on the Board:
