You can also contact the Resort directly at: 800-843-4258 and reference Industrial Fasteners to attain the group rate.  Rooms can be reserved at the special IFI rate of $269 West Tower Deluxe Guestroom + taxes per room, per night.  The hotel reservation cut off date is: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2025.  If you are interested in adding pre/post nights to your stay at the IFI group rate, CONTACT THE RESORT DIRECTLY BY PHONE.  The guest room rate will be extended for guests arriving & departing three (3) days pre/post conference dates, BASED ON AVAILABILITY.  The hotel maintains a forty-eight hour (48-hour) cancellation policy for guest rooms.  Reservation requests received after the reservations cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis, at the group rate (at hotel’s discretion) or rate available at that time.
